This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and the steps you need to follow if you need to cancel your appointment.

Appointment Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice: To cancel an appointment and be eligible for a full refund, you must notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time (3 hours before Hotel Consultation or Covid PCR Testing). This allows us to manage our doctors’ schedules efficiently and offer the appointment slot to other patients.
Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, if a cancellation request is received after the scheduled consultation time, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage our patients to inform us as early as possible if they cannot make their appointment.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
Payment Gateway or Bank Delays: Please be aware that any delays in the refund appearing in your account due to payment gateway or bank processing times are beyond our control. We strive to process refunds promptly on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds or cancellations in the following situations:
The patient was not available at the time of the scheduled appointment.
Inappropriate behavior towards our medical staff during the consultation.
Refund requests made more than 2 days after the initial payment.

Required for Refund

Evidence of Payment: To process your refund, we require evidence of the original payment, including the transaction date and account details.
Account Information: Refunds will be directed to the account specified by the patient. It is crucial to provide accurate account information to avoid any delays.

Not every ailment requires antibiotics. They aren’t effective against viral infections such as colds, flu, many types of sore throats, bronchitis, and some sinus and ear issues. In cases like these, our doctors might suggest a regimen focused on alleviating the symptoms of viral infections.

  TeleMed Mexico was the hero who saved my 3‐week long work trip. During my first night in Guadalajara, I woke up with horrible night sweats that progressed into a full blown food poisoning episode. TeleMed MX was very responsive and I was seen over WhatsApp the same day. My doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms, asked great questions, and provided immediate guidance on how to manage my illness (shout out to Mariana Kai, MD 🤩) . I got my Rx and lab work referral via email immediately after my virtual visit. Just a quick trip to the lab and the pharmacy and I was all set. The MD even asked for my hotel address and directed me to a laboratory within walking distance.
