Appointment Cancellations and Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel an appointment and be eligible for a full refund, you must notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time (3 hours before Hotel Consultation or Covid PCR Testing). This allows us to manage our doctors’ schedules efficiently and offer the appointment slot to other patients.
  • Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, if a cancellation request is received after the scheduled consultation time, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage our patients to inform us as early as possible if they cannot make their appointment.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
  • Payment Gateway or Bank Delays: Please be aware that any delays in the refund appearing in your account due to payment gateway or bank processing times are beyond our control. We strive to process refunds promptly on our end.
 
Non-Refundable Situations
  • We are unable to process refunds or cancellations in the following situations:
  • The patient was not available at the time of the scheduled appointment.
  • Inappropriate behavior towards our medical staff during the consultation.
  • Refund requests made more than 2 days after the initial payment.
 
Required for Refund
  • Evidence of Payment: To process your refund, we require evidence of the original payment, including the transaction date and account details.
  • Account Information: Refunds will be directed to the account specified by the patient. It is crucial to provide accurate account information to avoid any delays.
 
Security and Privacy
  • At TelemedMX.com, we prioritize your privacy and security. All telemedicine consultations are conducted on secure platforms, ensuring the confidentiality of your medical information.
