TeleMed Mexico was the hero who saved my 3‐week long work trip. During my first night in Guadalajara, I woke up with horrible night sweats that progressed into a full blown food poisoning episode. TeleMed MX was very responsive and I was seen over WhatsApp the same day. My doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms, asked great questions, and provided immediate guidance on how to manage my illness (shout out to Mariana Kai, MD 🤩) . I got my Rx and lab work referral via email immediately after my virtual visit. Just a quick trip to the lab and the pharmacy and I was all set. The MD even asked for my hotel address and directed me to a laboratory within walking distance. Finally, the two staff members I dealt with were fluent in English which greatly facilitated the process as I'm in town from the US. If you need virtual medical care, look no further.

Great care! They were very quick and friendly. It is unpleasant to get sick when traveling and they understood the problem, quickly got prescriptions and on the way to recovery.

A fantastic service which I couldn’t recommend more highly. A big thank you to Dr Luis Vargas. It’s very challenging getting sick in another country while on holiday where you don’t speak the language or know the medical system. My partner and I were able to book this service and speak with a Dr in less than two hours, got scripts, got our medicine - all sorted.
